1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and MBOSC, LLC (“MBOS”, “we”, “us”), located at 13914 Greendale Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22191, operating the website mindbodyoptimization.io (the “Platform”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Intellectual Property & License, Health & Medical Acknowledgement, and Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use MBOS.

3. Accounts & Access

Access to MBOS requires a personal account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

• Your account is personal and non-transferable.
• You may not share, sell, sublicense, or give access to others.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases & Payment

MBOS is offered as a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the core educational program, subject to platform availability and compliance with these Terms.

By completing a purchase, you authorize MBOSC, LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

5. Digital Delivery & Lifetime Access

MBOS is delivered as digital content and digital services. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the MBOS platform and program are actively maintained by MBOSC, LLC. It does not imply a guaranteed duration tied to your lifespan or the indefinite existence of the platform.

6. Refunds, Commitment & EU Consumer Notice

No Refund Policy

MBOS is a serious educational commitment. Because access to proprietary digital content is granted immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits based on completion level, personal circumstances, perceived outcomes, or change of mind.

EU / UK Consumer Rights (Digital Content)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance purchases within 14 days.

However, under EU consumer law, this right is waived for digital content once performance begins if you provide express consent. By purchasing MBOS and accessing the content immediately, you expressly:

• Request immediate access to digital content
• Acknowledge that delivery begins immediately
• Agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once access is granted

7. Intellectual Property

All MBOS content — including videos, lectures, text, frameworks, templates, graphics, and downloads — is owned by MBOSC, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the content for personal education and professional development. Additional details, restrictions, and enforcement terms are set out in our Intellectual Property & License, which forms part of these Terms.

• No copying, recording, scraping, or redistribution
• No resale or derivative works
• No use in competing programs or certifications

8. Community Participation

Participation in MBOS community spaces is governed by the Code of Conduct. Violations may result in suspension or removal without refund.

9. Suspension & Termination

MBOSC, LLC reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or ethical scope boundaries are violated.

Termination for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

MBOS is provided on an “as is” basis for educational purposes only. No guarantees of outcomes are made.

Your access to and use of MBOS is subject to our Disclaimer and Health & Medical Acknowledgement, which form part of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBOSC, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
