Code of Conduct

MBOS is a space of trust, responsibility, and energy exchange. This Code of Conduct exists to protect the integrity of the work, the safety of the community, and the clarity of professional scope.

MBOS is education. We teach advanced concepts in optimization and professional literacy — not medical practice. We lead with humility, clarity of scope, and respect for the human system.

Core Principles

This community is built on a simple ethic: precision with love. Knowledge without humility becomes control. Personalization without boundaries becomes chaos. We choose integrity, clarity, and service.

  • Integrity: speak truthfully, act responsibly, and honor scope.
  • Safety: prioritize wellbeing over ego, hype, or speed.
  • Sovereignty: empower clients and students to own their choices.
  • Collaboration: respect clinicians and refer when appropriate.
  • Confidentiality: protect private information and lived experiences.

Respect & Safety

MBOS is a global room. We treat each other with respect — not as a rule, but as a standard of vibration. Disagreement is allowed. Disrespect is not.

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, or humiliation.
  • No discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • No bullying, dogpiling, or coercive behavior.
  • No sexual content directed at other members, unwanted advances, or objectification.
  • Communicate like a professional. If you wouldn’t say it in a room of peers, don’t say it here.

Scope, Boundaries & Medical Limitations

MBOS trains educators and coaches. Unless you are a licensed clinician operating within your licensure, you are expected to stay on the coaching side: education, accountability, lifestyle alignment, and informed conversation.

No Diagnosing. No Prescribing. No Dosing.

The following are not permitted inside MBOS community spaces, comments, DMs, or coaching exchanges hosted on this platform:

  • Diagnosing or claiming to diagnose medical conditions.
  • Prescribing, directing, or instructing the use of medications, peptides, hormones, or controlled substances.
  • Providing dosing protocols, titration schedules, injection instructions, “cycle plans,” or sourcing guidance.
  • Encouraging unsupervised self-experimentation or bypassing licensed care.

Referral Culture

Strength is knowing what is outside your lane. When a situation crosses into diagnosis, mental health crisis, or complex clinical care, you refer out and collaborate. This protects the client, and it protects you.

Privacy, Confidentiality & Content Sharing

People share real stories here. Treat that as sacred. You may not copy, screenshot, record, or distribute private content from MBOS spaces without explicit written permission from MBOS and the individuals involved.

  • No sharing private community posts outside the platform.
  • No reposting messages, screenshots, or chat excerpts in other groups, socials, or marketing.
  • No publishing client stories without consent (and if shared, de-identify thoroughly).
  • Do not request or share private medical records in a way that violates privacy expectations.

If you choose to discuss your own experience publicly, that is your choice. But do not pull others into the light without consent.

Truth in Representation

MBOS does not tolerate credential inflation, outcome exaggeration, or fear-based marketing. Your brand is your frequency — and truth is the foundation.

  • Do not imply you diagnose if you do not diagnose.
  • Do not imply you prescribe if you do not prescribe.
  • Do not present MBOS certification as a medical credential.
  • Do not promise outcomes or guarantee transformations.
  • Be transparent about collaborations with clinicians and your role within that ecosystem.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behavior is not allowed within MBOS:

  • Medical cosplay: acting as a clinician without licensure, or encouraging others to do so.
  • Sourcing requests: asking where to buy compounds, or offering to sell/provide them.
  • Protocol pushing: aggressive “do this” prescriptions, especially involving risk-heavy tools.
  • Scams and spam: unsolicited promos, affiliate pushes, pyramid schemes, or deceptive offers.
  • Predatory behavior: manipulation, grooming, coercion, or exploiting vulnerability.
  • Disruption: repeated derailing, trolling, or hostile participation that harms the space.

Moderation & Enforcement

MBOS may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or revoke community privileges in order to protect the integrity and safety of the platform. Enforcement decisions may be made with or without warning depending on severity.

Typical escalation (not required in every case):

  • Friendly correction or reminder
  • Formal warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal and/or certification review

Important: If access is removed due to misconduct or violations of scope/safety standards, refunds are not provided.

Reporting Concerns

If you see something that feels unsafe, unethical, or out of scope, report it. Protecting the space is a shared responsibility.

  • If there is imminent danger or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services first.
  • For platform concerns, contact MBOS support through the official support channel.
  • Include screenshots or links where possible, and a brief description of what occurred.

A Final Note

MBOS is not built on dominance. It’s built on coherence. Lead through example, not authority. Speak with clarity. Practice with humility. Hold boundaries with calm strength.
