Intellectual Property & License

MBOS is a protected body of work. This page explains what you’re licensed to use, what you’re not, and how we protect the integrity of the platform and certification.

Enrollment grants access for learning. It does not transfer ownership of MBOS intellectual property.

1. Ownership

All content made available through the Mind Body Optimization Specialist (MBOS) platform, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, frameworks, methodologies, lectures, templates, graphics, trademarks, branding elements, and certification materials (collectively, the “MBOS Content”), is owned by MBOSC, LLC and/or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with our Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and all applicable policies, MBOSC, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use MBOS Content solely for your personal educational purposes and professional development.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MBOSC, LLC.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, directly or indirectly:

Copy, reproduce, record, screen-capture, download (except where explicitly permitted), distribute, publish, transmit, or display MBOS Content outside the platform.
Share your login credentials or grant access to any other person.
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize MBOS Content.
Create derivative works from MBOS Content, including repackaging lectures, frameworks, or templates into your own products or programs.
Use MBOS Content to train, certify, or credential others outside of an authorized MBOS program.
Use MBOS Content in a way that competes with MBOS, including building a competing certification or course offering based on MBOS Content.
Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or index MBOS Content.

4. Certification Does Not Grant Teaching or Licensing Rights

MBOS certification confirms completion of an educational program. It does not grant you the right to teach MBOS curriculum, license MBOS frameworks, or commercialize MBOS Content unless expressly authorized through a separate written agreement with MBOSC, LLC.

You may not represent MBOS frameworks, methodologies, or proprietary language as your own original work.

5. Enforcement

Unauthorized use of MBOS intellectual property may result in suspension or termination of access, revocation of certification, and, where appropriate, legal action.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action to protect MBOS Content and the MBOS community.

6. Reporting

If you become aware of piracy, credential misuse, or unauthorized distribution of MBOS Content, please contact us at support@mindbodyoptimization.io.
