MBOS is a serious educational commitment. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled in a clear, transparent way.
By purchasing MBOS, you are choosing to commit to a long-term educational process.
MBOS provides immediate access to proprietary digital content, educational materials, and community features upon purchase.
Because digital access cannot be returned or revoked once delivered, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds for:
MBOS is sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Once access is granted, the purchase is considered delivered in full.
There is no cancellation option after access has been activated.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance purchases within 14 days.
Under EU consumer law, this right does not apply to digital content once performance begins, provided the consumer has given express consent.

In rare cases where a technical issue prevents access to the platform and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, MBOSC, LLC may, at its sole discretion, review the situation.
This does not create an obligation to issue refunds and does not establish a precedent for future cases.
If you experience a billing issue, you agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without refund, and may restrict future purchases.
